We are thankful for all of our donors, as you help keep the ReStore open which allows us to raise unrestricted funds for home builds and repairs at our Habitat affiliate. While we appreciate your generosity, donations left while the store is closed creates health and safety impacts. These impacts include but not limited to: sofas which create encampments at our back door, windows which get broken and glass is strewn everywhere, and toilets, well, we will let you use your imagination on that one. When items are left while we are closed, they are ruined by vandals or the weather and we must pay for extra trash pickup. This impacts our bottom line and may in the near future impact our prices. We are grateful for your donation but please understand what may seem convenient for you, causes financial, health and safety issues for us and our immediate community.
