Store Policy

The pandemic has changed some of the ways with which we operate and will impact the way you shop. Long time customers may be disappointed by these changes. However these changes, we hope, are temporary. We kindly ask for patience as we all move forward in a new world.

  1. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
    All items have a 30 day return policy, with sales receipt, furniture and online sales are currently exempt from returns. To learn more about our return policy click here.
  2. ALL ITEMS MUST BE TAKEN AT TIME OF PURCHASE
    In the good ol’ olden days, we allowed customers to keep their purchased item with a large sold tag in the store up to 4 business days. Due to the virus, we are no longer holding ANY item. Please be prepared or call for help and wait by your purchase. If you are unable to take item with you, we will not be able to sell the item to you.
  3. WE CANNOT HELP YOU LOAD ITEMS
    Again, those olden days, many of us would lend a hand to any customer that needed help putting something in their vehicle. Due to social distancing concerns and the safety of our employees we will not be able to load your item.
  4. DISCOUNT DAYS AND RESTORE REWARDS
    Due to the financial strains the pandemic has caused the ReStore, we are temporarily suspending all discount days including ReStore Rewards. (remember this is just temporary while we get back up on our feet).
  5. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT
    It is imperative you save your receipt should you need to return an item. (Furniture and Online Sales are exempt from any return policy at this time). We cannot give you any kind of refund or store credit without a receipt. NO exceptions.
  6. MASKS
    As of July 1st, under the Governor’s orders, masks are REQUIRED to shop at the Restore.
