Store Policy

The pandemic has changed some of the ways with which we operate and will impact the way you shop. Long time customers may be disappointed by these changes.

  1. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
    All items have a 30 day return policy, with sales receipt. To learn more about our return policy click here.
  2. ALL ITEMS MUST BE TAKEN AT TIME OF PURCHASE
    In the good ol’ olden days, we allowed customers to keep their purchased item with a large sold tag in the store up to 4 business days. Unfortunately, some customers would leave large items in the store for more than 2 weeks to a month (no matter how many times we called with reminders) thus prohibiting us from getting new large product out to floor due to limited space. What we can do though if you forgot your truck and you found a large item, we can place the item just outside the front door with a sold tag on it and you can come back to pick up. We strongly recommend that you come back before 6pm when we close.
  3. WE CAN HELP YOU LOAD ITEMS
    We get busy at the ReStore and are always happy to help customers load their items. However, we continue to be short staffed and lacking volunteers so it may take a few extra minutes for us to help load out. Bringing help is always recommended. Thank you for your patience.
  4. DISCOUNT DAYS AND SALES
    Every Friday anyone who shops at the ReStore receives a 5% discount on their total purchase. Every Saturday we place yellow sale tags on items. If you receive our email newsletter, there is always a coupon for a certain percentage off a single item as well as advance knowledge of additional store sales.   5. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT
    It is imperative you save your receipt should you need to return an item. We cannot give you any kind of refund or store credit without a receipt. NO exceptions.
